Action Care offers various schedules dependent on the position. Field staff shifts may be 10, 12, or 24-hour shifts dependent on staffing needs and availability. 10 & 12 hour positions work 3 to 5 days a week and 24-hour positions work 10-12 days a month on a modified Kelly A, B, & C shift schedule. Action Care strives to provide our staff with shift opportunities that allow for maximum flexibility to adapt to personal and family needs. All 24-hour crews are assigned to stations that are equipped with kitchen facilities, cable or satellite television, DVD players, and appropriate accommodations for the shift.

Colorado driving records can be obtained at your local drivers license office. Out of state, or new to the state applicants will need to have a driving record from the previous state of residency.
